International Plaza No Boys Allowed Gift With Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”)
Official Promotion Rules
1. Eligibility:
Open to legal United States residents, 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants and contractors and each of their respective employees of Tampa Westshore Associates Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership, d/b/a International Plaza and Bay Street Shopping Center (“Center”), employees of The Taubman Company LLC as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to participate or receive any gift. This Promotion is void where prohibited by local, state or federal regulations.
2. Conditions to Receive Gift with Purchase:
Promotion is being conducted from September 1, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends January 18, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). To receive the Gift, you must do the following: Purchase one (1) or more International Plaza Gift Card(s), with a minimum value of Twenty and 00/100 Dollars ($20.00), plus a Two and 50/100 Dollars ($2.50) fee per card, during the Promotion Period and present your original receipt at time of check-in to Renaissance Tampa Hotel, located at 2223 N. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, Fl 33607 (“Renaissance Tampa Hotel”), to have the ability to purchase an exclusive No Boys Allowed IP Shopping Getaway Package (“Gift”) for Ninety Nine and 00/100 Dollars ($99.00). Alternately, after making the Center gift card purchase, you can call Renaissance Tampa Hotel to book your reservation, as detailed below, and present your original receipt, evidencing that the gift card purchase requirement was met during the Promotion Period, at the time of check in to purchase the Gift. If original receipt is not presented at the time of check-in, you will not be eligible for the Gift. No duplicates or copies of receipt will be accepted.
The Gift includes the following:
a) One (1) night stay at Renaissance Tampa Hotel, Don Cesar Resort or InterContinental Tampa Hotel in a double occupancy room on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday night only. Renaissance room accommodations include: Free breakfast at the Club Lounge on the 8th level. Date of stay subject to room availability, as determined Hotel’s sole discretion. Hotel reservation and date of stay must be on or before January 31, 2010. You may request a concierge level upgrade to receive which upgrade at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel only which is subject to availability, as determined in Renaissance Tampa Hotel’s sole discretion; and
b) One (1) Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) Custo Barcelona gift card. Gift card expires on January 31, 2010. Gift card subject to terms and conditions, which can be found at the Custo Barcelona boutique at International Plaza.
c) One (1) Twenty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($25.00) The Row gift card. Gift card expires on January 31, 2010. Gift card subject to terms and conditions, which can be found at The Row location at International Plaza.
d) One (1) Neiman Marcus facial and makeup application valued at Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($250.00). Must be redeemed on or before January 31, 2010. Voucher subject to terms and conditions, which can be found at the Neiman Marcus location at International Plaza where the voucher must be redeemed.
e) Lunch for one (1) at Nordstrom Café Bistro valued at Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($15.00). Gift card may be applied towards sales tax and alcohol, if applicable. Not valid towards gratuity. Expires on January 31, 2010.
f) One (1) clutch bag valued at Forty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($45.00).
g) One (1) Brio Tuscan Grille appetizer valued at Ten Dollars and 00/100 ($10.00). Certificate expires on March 31, 2010.
h) One (1) complimentary valet parking pass for reserved hotel. Valet redeemable at time of parking.
i) One (1) in-room movie valued at Eighteen and 00/100 Dollars ($18.00). In-room movie must be at the time of hotel stay.
for a total Gift value of Four Hundred Fourteen and 00/100 Dollars ($414.00). Offer is valid while supplies last or until the end of the Promotion Period. Center reserves the right to substitute Gift with a Gift of equal or greater value. A total of 200Gifts are available for the Promotion. Only one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Only one Gift per household.
3. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these rules. Center will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules. However, Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Promotion without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Participants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from participant’s participation in this Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any gift, or lost or misdirected gifts. Participant (s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with the gift(s).
