1. Eligibility:
Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants and contractors and each of their respective employees of Tampa Westshore Associates Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership d/b/a _International Plaza Shopping Center (“Center”), employees of The Taubman Company LLC as well as the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members thereof are not eligible to participate or receive any gift. This Promotion is void where prohibited by local, state or federal regulations.
2. Conditions to Receive Gift with Purchase:
Promotion is being conducted from September 25, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends November 15, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“Promotion Period”). To receive either Gift 1 or Gift 2, you must do the following:
Gift 1
A. Purchase two (2) tickets to the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship at the Ticketmaster location in Center during the Promotion Period. The Gift includes the following: one (1) t-shirt (value: $15), one (1) drink cozy (value: $3), Champs Sports voucher (value: $10/restrictions may apply) and Champps Restaurant voucher (value: $10, limit one coupon per table. Minimum purchase of $40, alcohol not included. No cash value, coupon can not be redeemed for cash or applied towards gratuity. Cannot be combined with any other coupon), for a total Gift value of $38.00.

Gift 2
B. Purchase four (4) or more to the Atlantic Coast Conference Championship at the Ticketmaster location in Center during the Promotion Period. The Gift includes the following: one (1) t-shirt (value: $15), one (1) drink cozy (value: $3), Champs Sports voucher (value: $10/restrictions may apply) and Champps Restaurant voucher (value: $10, limit one coupon per table. Minimum purchase of $40, alcohol not included. No cash value, coupon can not be redeemed for cash or applied towards gratuity. Cannot be combined with any other coupon) and one (1) International Plaza stadium seat cushion (value: $20), for a total Gift value of $58.00.
Offer is valid while supplies last or until the end of the Promotion Period. Center reserves the right to substitute Gift with a Gift of equal or greater value. A total of Two Hundred Fifty (250) Gift 1’s and Two Hundred Fifty (250) Gift 2’s are available for the Promotion. Only one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Only one Gift per household.
3. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these rules. Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Promotion without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Participants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from participant’s participation in this Promotion and/or participant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any gift, or lost or misdirected gifts. Participant (s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with the gift(s).
