Elevators are located in Grand Court, next to Dillard's & Nordstrom and in Bay Street.

Valet parking is located at the entrance to Bay Street near Cheesecake Factory and The Capital Grille. Valet is provided by 717 Parking services. A $5 parking fee is required everyday. Umbrella escorting is also available.

Pets are allowed in International Plaza and Bay Street only if they are in a pet carrier at all times or they are considered a companion pet for our shopper with special needs.

Mall walkers are welcomed at International Plaza. The mall walker entrance is at the lower level entrance next to Nordstrom near Parking Deck B and is opened daily at 7AM.

Strollers and wheelchairs (motorized available) are complimentary and are located at our Concierge Desk/Visitor Center located in Grand Court on the lower level. They are available at a first come first serve basis and require a refundable deposit of $5.
