Our target market is women aged 16 to 45 who are both fashion-conscious and committed to an active lifestyle.

KABOOTY will offer a unique assortment of the highest quality leggings and gym wear, and a range of higher-end sneakers (for both gym and casual/fashion wear). Our brands are usually available only on-line and/or are not currently sold in retail stores in Tampa. The elite gym wear brands include companies like LaBellaMafia, Ryderwear, and Freddy Wear. Higher-end sneaker brands such as Y-3, Ash, Athletic Propulsion Labs, Hogan, Giuseppe Zanotti, and Phillip Plein with prices ranging from $150 up to $1200 will be part of the assortment. This concept is at the leading edge of the trend towards “athleisure” wear for women.
We are seeking an experienced store manager who has worked in a fashion and/or athletic retail setting to lead the charge.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Kabooty team, the Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are adhere to consistently when the leadership team is not on duty or unavailable on the sales floor. The Key Holder will supervise all employees and oversee sales, create a positive customer experience, merchandise handling when appropriate and all operational functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

• Being an Ambassador for the brand by modeling a customer centric mindset.
• Working together with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Handling customer situations with a solution based mindset.
• Supporting the leadership team to by maintaining a clean store.
• Opening and closing the registers and store following proper procedures.
• Ensuring data integrity procedures are followed.
• Following all company policies and ensuring that all policies, standards and procedures are maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
• Other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
